i think it would look really good on you, get some straight side bangs that are really choppy, get layers throughout, u can dye it if u want, (assuming black here) if it was black it would have alot of contrast with your eyes because there so blue and your skin is light, it would defiantly standout and look edgy, the length u have now is pretty good, have a side part and the bands should pretty much cover one eye, for styling a straightening iron is possible or just a blow dryer and cream , you might not have to ur hair is almost perfectly straight, so with choppy layers and bangs it might be straight on its own, ur probably goona want some strong hairspray to hold though bangs down though hope i could help
