here's an idea..don't do your hair a certain way just because it's "emo". be an individual, don't do something to be like everybody else. if you want to dye your hair because it's fun and you think it will accentuate your features...well that's a different story. you could get it done anywhere really, even do it yourself. but if you don't want to do it yourself, and you don't want to pay a lot, a lot of beauty schools and tech schools give hair cuts and probably do dye jobs for pretty cheap. they're not professionals yet but they do a good job!

well u could streak it with red or black but if u dont want it to be permanint then u can use color paulse, it's a hair dye that washes out in 10 shmpoo's if u wanna exparament with colors first, and they do hav black, tons of shades of red and they hav purples but idk about pinks
