You have the option of dying your hair full black but that isn't required, you should get bangs - preferrably very choppy ones, not too short...just about where the end of your nose reaches. Ask for very very choppy short layers. Dye parts of your hair multi-colored.
As for the makeup, if you choose to have a sweet emo look youi may use rosey blush, and alot of eyeliner preferrably with a point sticking at the end of your eyelids is good. Smudge it with a Q-tip of some sort. Put dark eyeshadow on your eyelid and slowly blend out.

i can tell u really easily cauze im an emo girl. dye it black and slick it over yer eye then use a really blonde highlight thick thick black eyeliner and black lipstick. good luck with yer new emo look
